As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Perform safe and efficient deliveries to clients by following your assigned routes.

  • Operate an armored vehicle in a safe manner.

  • Use your safety and security orientation to ensure a safe environment for yourself, clients, and colleagues.

  • Load, unload and perform repairs to ATMs for our Financial Institution clients.

  • Securely transport valuables.

New to the industry? That’s ok! We offer rigorous training to ensure you are comfortable in the performance of all your duties.

Qualifications

  • All our Guards, Drivers and Messengers are required to carry a firearm in the performance of their duties, a PAL for restricted and non-restricted firearms is required.

  • Available for various shifts at least two days per week – day, evening, or weekend shifts

  • Reliable, thorough, and committed to performing your job with safety in mind.

  • A customer service mindset and enjoy developing a rapport with people.

  • Highly organized and comfortable working with minimal on-site supervision.

  • Eager to work in a fast-paced environment where timelines play an important role in success.

  • Must have a valid Standard First-Aid and Level-A CPR certificate.

  • Excellent Interpersonal, Time Management and Leadership skills.

  • Comprehensive understanding of use of Force framework, Criminal Code of Canada, and Crisis intervention.

  • De-Escalation techniques.

  • Work in a team environment with minimum supervision.

  • Conduct work ethics with the highest level of Professionalism, honesty, and integrity.

  • Excellent Customer experience top tier service and high-level Client Management.

  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record – see the license requirement for your province below.

  • In British Columbia, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and PEI – a provincial security guard license.

  • Capable of pushing, pulling, and lifting loads of up to 40lbs.
